Gwin's Steam Cleaning was started in 1968 by Charlie Gwin and his wife, Polly Ann. While working as a chef in Dayton, Ohio, he recognized the need for quality cleaning of restaurant equipment, including hoods, stacks, fans, and ventilation systems. He began servicing only restaurants and had immediate success. As the years progressed, he added industrial cleaning, HVAC, duct cleaning, and filter service.
As a family-owned business, we are very proud of the fact that we still have some of our very first customers.
Today, we feel that superior customer service and quality work are the key to our success. Charlie started out by promising that "no job was too big or too small," and we continue that attitude today.
